Krystal LaRose
Owner & Instructor, Better In Boots Line Dancing
Krystal LaRose is the proud owner and instructor of Better In Boots Line Dancing, a Vermont-based business dedicated to sharing the fun, energy, and community of line dancing. A true Vermonter—born and raised in Bristol and now living in Huntington—Krystal’s passion for line dancing began at the age of five, dancing alongside her parents and their friends in the Addison County group Country Pleasure.
Since 2015, Krystal has been teaching line dancing, blending classic 90’s country favorites with modern styles and steps. While she’s always learning new dances, her heart stays rooted in the golden era of 90’s country line dancing—her first love. One of her most memorable early performances was dancing "California Coast" at her 6th grade talent show—an experience that sparked what would become a lifelong journey.
Krystal founded Better In Boots to bring line dancing back to Vermont and share her love for the dance floor with people of all ages and experience levels. Her classes are welcoming, energetic, and a great way to connect with others while having fun.
Beyond her boots, Krystal is a full-time Mortgage Officer with over 16 years of experience in the banking industry. She’s also a proud mom to a teenage son who's recently graduated high school and on his way to becoming an electrician. Her favorite colors are purple and teal, and she has a well-known obsession with cowboy boots—you might even catch her admiring yours!
Whether you're brand new to line dancing or dusting off your boots after a break, Krystal looks forward to meeting you, dancing with you, and sharing the joy and community that line dancing brings.
